Group Exercise Classes

During the season, we offer a wide range of various exercise classes for your pleasure. Please find below a brief description of the various classes offered.

Class Descriptions

CARDIO:

Zumba: Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie burning dance fitness-party. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion.

Cardio Dance: Work your cardiovascular system and burn calories while doing fun dance routines. Spend the last 15 minutes stretching.

Tap & Intro to Tap: Come challenge your mind as well as your body with this fun tap class.

Spin: Get ready to sweat. This class will take you through a variety of different biking exercises to raise your heart rate and have a blast doing it.

CARDIO & STRENGTH TRAINING:

Circuit Training: This class combines the benefit of cardiovascular training mixed with weights. Alternate back and forth for a very exhilarating workout with a high caloric burn.

STRENGTH TRAINING:

Mat Pilates: This Pilates based class increases strength and flexibility through “Core” (abdominal and low-back) exercises. The amazing effect of this class helps to support our tasks of everyday life. Great for Golfers.

Balance Barre Workout: This efficient one hour total body workout produces fast body shaping results with postural benefits. Also developing muscle balance leading to a well-proportioned body lowering our risk for injuries.

FLEXIBILITY/STRETCH:

Life Stretch (feel the freedom): Based on the Fascial Stretch Therapy techniques, this mobility stretch class uses a variety of flowing and constantly moving pain-free stretches (sequenced together in a logical order) to open mobility in your joints, muscles and neuro-myo-fascia. Stretch and Flex Yoga: Enjoy a wonderful hour of stretching and yoga combined. Nothing strenuous, but open up the joints and the heart and spend an hour on you.

Golf Fitness Class: This class includes a golf specific warm-up followed by specific fitness exercises for strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability that are critical in a good golf swing that helps automate the correct form into your muscle memory. Come improve your golf game while having fun. Don't forget to bring your 7 iron to class.

Mat Pilates

This Pilates based class increases strength and flexibility through core (abdominal and low-back) exercises. The amazing effects of this class help support our tasks of everyday life. Great for golfers!

Group Pilates Equipment Classes

(Reformers, Chairs and Cadillac's) A minimum of five private one-on-one Pilates trainings must be completed before participation in our group classes.
