The Personal Training Program is designed exclusively for you. Whether you want to focus on weight loss, increased flexibility, sport specific training or improving and maintaining your general health, our program is ideal. With undivided attention, your trainer will focus on developing a program that is appropriate for your unique needs to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Getting Started

Equipment Orientation Appointment

(Session runs approximately 45 minutes)

Arrange for a free consultation to meet one-on-one with a qualified trainer. The trainer will spend some time educating you on the fitness equipment and get you started by pointing you in the right direction to meet your fitness goals.This appointment is designed specifically for the fitness novice. Please dress for exercise.

Foundations Training Program

(One 45 minute session with a 30 minute follow up appointment)

The Foundation Program is the next step in our fitness education and program design. This includes a complete fitness assessment. Using the assessment results your certified personal trainer will design an in-depth workout program just for you. Please dress for exercise.
